I drove mine out from the opposite side using
a metal bar ,ground off to give a true flat edge.
Put the edge against the bearing race and gently drive out.
Move the bar edge around the rim of the bearing
so that it comes out straight.
I put the new bearing into the opening with some moly
grease and tapped it in gently using a piece of
flat pine and a small hammer- Make sure it goes in dead straight
and slowly. If you pound it in crooked, you'll be up for another
bearing...simple huh...remember,keep it clean,keep it slow,keep it
straight...and also replace the outer weather seal
or you'll be doing the job again in 2 years or so....
good luck
